The Cosgrove

This 173 Unit Apartment project at 3814 Leavenworth Street in Omaha, Nebraska began in early 2020 with a completion date of February 2023. To fit the cranes into such tight quarters, the building is being built in three sections. Take a look at a few of our progress photos below. (As of June 2022)
